Tropical Fruit Club Membership Details

Annual Membership Fee: $30.00 (Due February 1st every year)

Membership Perks & Benefits: 

• Priority Access: 

                   Members get first position/seniority to reserve specific mango varieties each season.

• Pre-Orders:

                    Only members can pre-order fresh mangoes and reserve their favorite varieties.

• Deposit Requirement: 

                    A 50% deposit is required on all mango pre-orders.

• Guaranteed Availability: 

                    Pre-orders are subject to the estimated production of each mango variety.

• Money-Back Guarantee: 

                    If mangoes do not produce due to unforeseen circumstances, pre-order deposits are fully refundable.

•   Seniority System:

                   If mangoes sell out, members with higher seniority get priority. A waiting list is available for sold-out varieties.  

• Waitlist Benefits: 

                    If a variety produces more mangoes than estimated, waitlisted members are notified and offered the chance to purchase.

• Maintaining Seniority:

Seniority is lost if membership is not renewed by February 1st.

If a senior member does not place an order for their reserved variety at the time of membership renewal, 

                their position is forfeited.

Members in good standing move up the list when senior positions are vacated.

• Flexible Purchasing:

                    The first-position member can buy as many bags of their reserved mango variety as desired,  

                with a 50% deposit required on the total order.

• Additional Member Benefits:

                    Access to specials on dried fruit, exclusive event invitations, and member-only discounts.

Non-Member Access:

  Non-members can purchase available mango varieties listed on the website after member pre-orders are fulfilled, 

                subject to availability.
